We ship worldwide to most of the countries, the most frequent destination we ship includes USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, UK, Australia, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, and all of western European countries. These countries are just example, we ship all over world.

For some countries shipping cost is high and we do not get orders frequently, for those countries shipping cost is not loaded, however it can be loaded on request.

Minimum order that we accept is $40 or above. Until cart value is not $40 or above there will be no checkout button to complete the order. 

We ship our orders through reputed logistics provider like FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. Most of the orders are dispatched in 2 to 7 days. Some order may take even more time if some items are out of stock.

Shipping time varies from country to country, normally it takes about 3 to 7 days depending on destination country.

Our Shipping rate is one of the lowest. Shipping rate is calculated while checking out. As the size of the order increases shipping cost as falls, as shipping rate for higer weight is less per Kg.

Some times shipping rate may look high compared to order total. It happens when cost of good in shopping cart is relatively cheap and weight is more

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
